Rescue/Work II – Advanced Confined Space & Rope Rescue
This course is designed for rescue teams and individuals responding to confined space rescues that are immediately dangerous to life and health (IDLH). It builds upon NFPA qualification levels, expanding participants’ technical rescue skills for industrial and municipal environments.
What to Expect
This course enhances rope rescue techniques and introduces self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and supplied air respirators (SAR) for IDLH rescues. Participants will engage in scenario-based training for NON-IDLH and IDLH environments, refining their ability to execute timely and effective confined space rescues.
Certification & Compliance
Students who complete this course will receive a certificate aligning with NFPA 1006:

Upgrade your qualification! Students can add 1.5 days to sit for the NFPA 1006 Rope and Confined Space Rescue Certification.
This intensive training ensures teams are prepared for high-risk confined space rescues while enhancing safety, efficiency, and response capabilities.
