At Tribalco Rescue, we take pride in delivering elite training to those who serve on the front lines. This past week, our experienced instructors led another outstanding U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) class in Texas, reinforcing critical life-saving skills as part of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) CASEVAC program of record.

Training the Elite

Every year, we train hundreds of SOF personnel across the U.S., equipping them with the latest combat casualty care and extraction techniques. Last week’s course occurred at TEEX in College Station, Texas, one of our trusted training partner sites. Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service – TEEX provides an immersive and challenging environment for hands-on learning.

Mastering Rope Rescue

A key highlight of the training was our specialized instruction in rope rescue techniques. Pictured here, Tribalco Rescue instructors engage participants with insightful learning objectives, refining their ability to execute rapid, effective, and safe extractions in austere environments. These skills are mission-critical for SOF teams operating in complex and high-risk scenarios.
