The ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester is designed for smooth operation during rope ascents. It moves freely without manual intervention while following the user’s movements. In the event of a sudden acceleration or shock load, it locks onto the rope to stop the fall instantly.
The integrated locking function allows users to immobilize the device for added safety, minimizing potential fall distances. The connection arm ensures the system remains drop-resistant when passing intermediate anchors. When used with an ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber, the ASAP LOCK enables safe work at a distance from the rope.
